Replacement Document Ordering Services
We can assist you in acquiring a new government-issued document such as a birth, death, or marriage certificate for various reasons:
- Loss of the Original Document
- Desire for an Additional Copy
- The Original Document is in Another Country, and you prefer not to send it to the UK for apostille due to:
- Time Constraints
- Concerns about Document Loss
Moreover, if your document has been submitted to the FCDO and rejected, perhaps due to:
- Age of the Document
- Inability to Verify the Registrar’s Signature
In such cases, the most viable solution would be to order a new certificate. Notably, newly issued certificates come with a GRO seal, ensuring a guarantee for the apostille process. Please see the following information on the services we provide and what information we require from you.
When placing an order for a new certificate through our service, you have two options to choose from:
- Standard Service (£50):
Processing Time: Minimum 15 working days
- Priority Service (£75):
Processing Time: 2-3 working days.
Select the service that best suits your needs, and we’ll ensure a prompt and efficient process to obtain your replacement certificate.
