Replacement Document Ordering Services

We can assist you in acquiring a new government-issued document such as a birth, death, or marriage certificate for various reasons:

  1. Loss of the Original Document
  2. Desire for an Additional Copy
  3. The Original Document is in Another Country, and you prefer not to send it to the UK for apostille due to:
  • Time Constraints
  • Concerns about Document Loss

Moreover, if your document has been submitted to the FCDO and rejected, perhaps due to:

  1. Age of the Document
  2. Inability to Verify the Registrar’s Signature

In such cases, the most viable solution would be to order a new certificate. Notably, newly issued certificates come with a GRO seal, ensuring a guarantee for the apostille process. Please see the following information on the services we provide and what information we require from you.

When placing an order for a new certificate through our service, you have two options to choose from:

  • Standard Service (£50):

Processing Time: Minimum 15 working days

  • Priority Service (£75):

Processing Time: 2-3 working days.

Select the service that best suits your needs, and we’ll ensure a prompt and efficient process to obtain your replacement certificate.
